Well yeah, as the title states my computer crashed... I went to a forum online to figure out how to get past a part of Gears of War 2 on the insane difficulty... and BLAM virus-r-us.

The bugger got through 2 firewalls, CA anti-virus, adware, spybot, windows defender and there was NOTHING I could do would get rid of it. CA didn't find it on a scan, adware, spybot froze on start up... windows defender found it but froze on deleting it. So I tried to roll back my system to a previous date and nothing. I'd get to the part where I had to click "next" to do the roll back and click it was useless it did NOTHING.
So I took a drastic measure and just reset my computer back to the way it was when it first came out of the box. Thank you IBM for giving me the option to do that. I didn't loose too much though, some bookmarks and programs and such I didn't use, thanks to an external HD I got myself earlier in the year. It was a frustrating process, but its probably a good thing in the long run. Cleaned the registry and the HD up.
I just got all my programs (antivirus, ad/spyware detectors, firefox, and my adobe products) loaded back on my computer. Aaaah, I can finally get back to work... If I can pull myself away from Gears of War 2. >_< (yes, I have learned my lesson, figure stuff out on my own)

There are only two ways to live your life.
One is as though nothing is a miracle.
The other is as though everything is a miracle.
